Red Alert! Benghazi Select Committee COMPROMISED

By Walid Shoebat and Ben Barrack
**SHOEBAT EXCLUSIVE**

What every American must know as the Benghazi investigation is about to begin involves what happened after the first 9/11 attack. The Patriot Act, was drafted in direct response to attacks on the United States perpetrated by the Muslim Brotherhood’s terrorist agents on 9/11/01. How is it that Philip Kiko, who was part of a group that refused to identify the true enemy of the United States then, all of the sudden the Executive Director of the Committee charged with investigating Benghazi?

As someone who “helped craft the Patriot Act”, Kiko should have understood the matter of Muslim Brotherhood infiltration before crafting it.

It gets even worse. One of the organizations that resides under the umbrella that Kiko is registered to lobby for – Muslim Advocates – has extensive ties to the Muslim Brotherhood, as Shoebat.com has reported.

Kiko must know this. In fact, like Kiko, the President and Executive Director of Muslim Advocates – Farhana Khera – worked directly for a Wisconsin lawmaker as the Patriot Act was being written and debated. Her boss was U.S. Senator Russ Feingold. In her bio, it’s revealed that the Patriot Act was very important to her:

Ms. Khera focused substantially on the Patriot Act, racial and religious profiling, and other civil liberties issues raised by the government’s anti-terrorism policies after September 11, 2001.

Another website identifies her role as being…

“…the Senator’s lead staff member in developing anti-racial profiling legislation and organizing subcommittee hearings on racial profiling.”

Feingold: Khera's old boss.

Feingold: Khera’s old boss.

Feingold was the only Senator to vote against the Patriot Act. While Feingold’s proposed amendments failed to pass, his positions at the time may have compromised the process and the debate, which was influenced by Khera, through Feingold, who is quoted in the congressional record at the time as saying:

Before September 11, people spoke of the issue mostly in the context of African-Americans and Latino-Americans who had been profiled. But after September 11, the issue has taken on a new context and a new urgency.

Even as America addresses the demanding security challenges before us, we must strive mightily also to guard our values and basic rights. We must guard against racism and ethnic discrimination against people of Arab and South Asian origin and those who are Muslim.

To understand the face of the enemy that attacked and murdered Americans in Benghazi, one must first understand that the United States Government has been infiltrated by that very enemy, which is made up of the Muslim Brotherhood’s stealth agents. If there’s one man who should get that, it’s Rep. Jim Sensenbrenner (R-WI), who is credited with authoring the Patriot Act and was Kiko’s boss at the time (Kiko served as deputy chief of staff to Sensenbrenner from 2001-2007).

Not only did Sensenbrenner fail to understand the Muslim Brotherhood’s stealth jihad in the U.S. then, but he again demonstrated that same ignorance years later, when he came to the defense of then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s deputy chief of staff, Huma Abedin after Rep. Michele Bachmann rightly raised questions about Abedin’s familial connections to the Muslim Brotherhood, as Shoebat.com reported.

Below is a video of Sensenbrenner in 2012 boasting that he knows Abedin personally while assuring people they should not worry about her because she passed a “rather rigorous security clearance”. The fact is that Abedin should not have been issued a security clearance based solely on her familial connections alone. At best, Sensenbrenner exhibited an extraordinary level of willful ignorance. At worst, he was lying:

Here is audio of Sensenbrenner in case YouTube video taken down:

Like Sensenbrenner, Speaker John Boehner, the man who appointed Trey Gowdy as the Benghazi Committee chairman and signed off on Gowdy’s selection of Kiko, also defended Abedin and said Bachmann’s very legitimate questions were “pretty dangerous”. This is proof positive that Boehner thinks it’s “dangerous” to expose Muslim Brotherhood infiltration:

Note: the appendix at the end of this post reveals explosive connections that further explain how and why the Patriot Act was compromised as well as why Boehner might want to see the Benghazi investigation similarly compromised.

As to Bachmann’s concerns about Abedin, Rep. Lynn Westmoreland (R-GA), one of her fellow congressmen who co-signed her letters to five Inspectors General offices expressing concerns about Muslim Brotherhood infiltration – and who must understand the real threat – sits on the Select Committee. As such, he should take issue with Kiko’s appointment as well.

Within a year of Sensenbrenner’s indefensible comments, his former deputy chief of staff landed a job as a lobbyist for Smith-Free Group and registered to lobby for the Leadership Conference on Civil Rights (LCCR), a group that counts a stealth Muslim Brotherhood group as one of its members and is a Smith-Free Group client. Kiko was hired in 2013 and is listed as being currently employed there:

There is plenty of evidence to suggest that Khera is herself a Muslim Brotherhood agent. She’s even featured on the website of the largest Muslim Brotherhood front group in the U.S., the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA). Since joining Muslim Advocates in 2005, Khera has essentially been an advocate for other Muslim Brotherhood fronts like CAIR, MSA, and MPAC, as Shoebat.com reported.

By helping Feingold use the Patriot Act to debate the civil rights of Muslims, Khera helped to shield the Muslim Brotherhood from scrutiny. After all, with al-Qaeda being an offshoot of the Brotherhood, the latter needed as much protection as it could get. Khera helped provide that protection, as Shoebat.com has reported.

Those who assert that Feingold’s warnings about the Patriot Act coming true miss a much larger point. The real issue was under everyone’s noses. Khera, a stealth Muslim Brotherhood agent, was able to wage stealth, diplomatic jihad by helping Feingold push the Muslim Brotherhood agenda during debate over the bill. It matters not that his amendments didn’t pass. The issue of discrimination was introduced into the discussion. That is an issue Muslim Brotherhood front groups in the U.S. have successfully exploited.

It is not known if or to what extent the paths of Khera and Kiko crossed as the Patriot Act sausage was being made. However, if they did cross, it wouldn’t be the least bit surprising. Both worked for members of Congress whose home state was Wisconsin and both had the Patriot Act as a primary focus. More recently, Kiko is a lobbyist for a firm that counts Khera’s organization among its clients and Kiko is even registered to lobby for that organization.

Here is a video of Khera explaining the goal of her organization, which is clearly designed to protect stealth jihadists and prevent law enforcement from performing a key function of its job – profiling. Political correctness meets stealth jihad:

To demonstrate just how influential Khera is, she was a key figure in having critically important terror training materials purged from counter terror agencies. The purge would serve to protect the Muslim Brotherhood’s stealth agents and front groups in the U.S. She was able to accomplish this by lobbying then U.S. Homeland Security Adviser and current CIA Director John Brennan, who assured Khera her requests would be honored – and they were.

If the House Select Committee on Benghazi is to get to the truth, it should pick up on our discovery that a Muslim Brotherhood agent – Mehdi Alhassani – was on the distribution list of the ‘smoking gun’ email sent by White House deputy Ben Rhodes three days after the Benghazi attack.

As an aside, both Alhassani and Khera visited the White House on August 1, 2011.

When America was attacked in Benghazi and on 9/11, it was hit by the Muslim Brotherhood’s terrorist agents. Khera had no business advising a U.S. Senator and Kiko should have known that. As such, Kiko has no business being part of the Benghazi Select Committee and the Committee members should know that too.

APPENDIX

As Shoebat.com has previously reported, the chairman of the notorious Dar al-Hijrah mosque that was visited by three 9/11 hijackers and was home to Anwar al-Awlaki, was a mover and a shaker in Washington, DC. Bassam Estwani curried favor with both Republican and Democratic politicians, to include current House Speaker John Boehner’s mentor and former House Speaker Dennis Hastert:

Other politicians who were compromised by Estwani include Reps. Thomas Davis (R-VA) and Jim Moran (D-VA). Davis kept a relationship with Estwani for years and even got him a gig delivering an opening prayer during a session of Congress less than one year before 9/11:

Shockingly, more than one year after 9/11, very senior U.S. Senator John Warner was photographed with Estwani and Davis:

Another U.S. Senator at the time the Patriot Act was being written was none other than Hillary Clinton who, by then, had been working with Abedin for five years. She clearly had a stake in the law not being harmful to the Muslim Brotherhood. In fact, both Bill and Hillary Clinton welcomed Estwani to the White House when Bill was president.

All of these relationships were formed and fostered both before and after 9/11. As such, the Patriot Act itself was compromised. The Benghazi investigation now has in its ranks someone who was very involved in the creation of the Patriot Act.
