“Caliph Al-Baghdadi On The Run And Is Severely Injured” Sources Say

Several Middle Eastern media have reported the escape of the ISIS Caliph Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi to Syria after suffering an injury after a raid west of Anbar by during the air strikes.

While such news still needs to be confirmed, today, the “Middle East” Thursday (August 14, 2014) reported from the Kurdistan Democratic Party official in Nineveh Saeed Memousine, saying that “Baghdadi” left Mosul on his way to Syria a few days ago, accompanied by 30 military vehicle of the type “Hummer.”

Recently, the representative of the International Parliament in Iraq, Dr. Haidar al-Shara said in an interview for “Alsumaria News”, “The Iraqi security forces carried out a qualitative operation in the city of Qaim on the border with Syria, based on accurate intelligence and with the help of the Air Force where it has wounded the leader of ISIS terrorist Abu Bakr Al-Baghdadi.”

Shara added that “al-Baghdadi fled after being hit and ran into Syrian territory because of its proximity-based,” likely to “cast-Baghdadi was killed as a result of the severity of his injuries.”

The Iraqi security sources suggested earlier in the day Friday, injuring Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi during an aerial bombardment carried out by Iraqi forces, on Tuesday night, the city of Qaim in western Anbar.
