‘Lone Wolf’ Fort Hood Jihadist who Committed ‘Workplace Violence’ wants to join Islamic Caliphate

Fort Hood jihadist Nidal Malik Hasan, whose murders the Defense Department identified as the result of ‘workplace violence’ (signaling that Hasan was a lone wolf not motivated by religion) wants to become a citizen of ISIS Caliphate. Hasan, who was mentored by Anwar al-Awlaki – a man whom the Department of Defense embraced after 9/11 – wrote a letter to ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi.

Via Fox News:

In the undated letter, Hasan — who fatally shot 13 people 14 people and injured more than 30 at Fort Hood in 2009 in what the Defense Department called “workplace violence”– tells ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi that he wants to join the caliphate.

“I formally and humbly request to be made a citizen of the Islamic State,”Hasan says in the handwritten document addressed to “Ameer, Mujahid Dr. Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi.”

“It would be an honor for any believer to be an obedient citizen soldier to a people and its leader who don’t compromise the religion of All-Mighty Allah to get along with the disbelievers.”

The two-page letter includes Hasan’s signature and the abbreviation SoA for Soldier of Allah.

The truth is that what Hasan did was commit an act of war against the United States. He now wants to pledge allegiance to an Islamic Caliphate that seeks war with the U.S. as well. Yet, when White House ventriloquist dummy Josh Earnest was asked by left-wing MSNBC hack Chris Hayes if the U.S. is at war with ISIL, Earnest said, “no” (3:45 mark):

Aside from the sheer ineptitude, incompetence, and complicity of U.S. politicians, what this latest development clearly shows is the ability of jihadists from different Muslim Brotherhood splinter groups to easily move from one group to the next. No fewer than two of the 9/11 al-Qaeda hijackers – like Hasan – attended the Dar al-Hijrah mosque which had Anwar al-Awlaki as an Imam.

At the time, Dar al-Hijrah was chaired by Bassam Estwani, whose ties to terrorism and multiple U.S. politicians are irrefutable.

It is widely believed that the reason al-Awlaki was treated so well by the Department of Defense after 9/11 was because he became an informant. It’s not much of a leap to consider that his boss Estwani was a high level mover and shaker.

Any open investigation of al-Awlaki after 9/11 would have led back to Estwani. Any investigation of Estwani or his mosque would have led to several high level U.S. politicians (click on photo).
