Resident Liberal at Fox News says Global Warming a bigger threat than ISIS

Again sounding like an arm of the Hillary Clinton campaign team, liberal Fox News pundit Bob Beckel actually said he thought global warming was a bigger threat to the U.S. than is ISIS. He even used some of the exact same verbiage while doing it.

Note how he says the threat is “so much more consequential than ISIS ever was”, which is little more than an amplification of exactly what Clinton said one day earlier:

Here is an account of Hillary’s speech at the Clean Energy Summit in Las Vegas, via the AP:

Clinton cast the threat of global climate change as real, and “the most consequential, urgent, sweeping collection of challenges” faced by the nation and the world.

Of course, Beckel took Hillary’s comments a necessary step further. While she said “climate change” is “the most consequential” threat, it was Beckel who said it was more of one than ISIS, as if making the position a bit clearer.

This was certainly not the first time Beckel’s opinion has been in lockstep with Hillary’s at a very critical time.

On May 2nd of this year, the formation of the House Select Committee on Benghazi was announced. Later that day, Beckel was one of the first – if not THE first – media figures to attempt to distract attention away from Benghazi and to the kidnapped Nigerian schoolgirls. In the video below, no one had really heard of the #BringBackOurGirls campaign and Beckel came completely out of left field with it while also quoting Hillary’s most infamous line to make his point:

Two days later, Hillary sent out the following tweet and the media narrative quickly began to leave Benghazi:

Making Beckel’s more recent behavior even a bit more vexing is that he has been one of the few liberals who actually seem to understand the threat of Islamic terrorism. A year ago, Beckel suggested that no new mosques be built in the U.S. until Muslims denounced the al-Shabab terror attack in Kenya. Earlier this year, Beckel called out Muslims over their outrage about a Katy Perry music video.

Yes, Beckel actually referred to ‘climate change’, not ‘global warming’ in that clip but let’s face it. If the polar icecaps were shrinking instead of expanding, both he and Hillary would be calling it ‘global warming’.
