Senior Obama Advisor Stands with Leader of Notorious Terror-Connected Mosque on ISIS

It really couldn’t be more transparent what’s going on here. Rand Beers, former Acting DHS Secretary and current Senior Adviser to Barack Obama stood shoulder to shoulder with the Outreach Director of the notorious Dar al-Hijrah mosque Johari Abdul Malik at the National Press Club. The stated intent was to express solidarity on the issue of denouncing ISIS. What happened was that Beers allowed the Muslim Brotherhood to trash the USA publicly on American soil, in the U.S. Capital.

Beers: Let Muslim Brotherhood publicly trash USA.

Beers: Let Muslim Brotherhood publicly trash USA.

Joining the two men were suspicious figures of groups connected to the Muslim Brotherhood. According to the Daily Caller’s Neil Munro, one such group was behind the event:

The press conference at the National Press Club was attended by more than 10 Islamic leaders, and was organized by the D.C.-based Muslim Public Affairs Council. The council works with officials in the Obama administration.

The Muslim Public Affairs Council (MPAC) is headed by Salam al-Marayati. Another figure in attendance was Mohamed Magid, outgoing President of the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA). Both al-Marayati and Magid have been identified by the Investigative Project on Terrorism (IPT) as Muslim Brotherhood infiltrators of the Obama administration.

Or are they collaborators?

Munro implies in his article that the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) was not present because so many of its members are facing terror-related charges. However, one of the attendees was the Communications Director for CAIR-FL from 2003-2008, Ahmed Bedier. Bedier left CAIR one month after guilty verdicts were handed down in the Holy Land Foundation trial; CAIR was an unindicted co-conspirator. Bedier supported convicted terrorist Sami al-Arian, attended a pro-Hamas rally in 2008, and supports Hezbollah.

In comments attributed to Bedier, coupled with the non-reaction of Beers to them readers should be left stunned:

“Islam is not the problem, Islam did not produce ISIS. … Islam is the solution for those communities. … It is the failed [U.S.] policies that are the problem,” Bedier declared, while the White House official, Beers, crossed his arms and looked at the floor.

Got that? A senior adviser to the President of the United States stood by and permitted the former communications director of a Muslim Brotherhood front group to blame his boss for the creation of ISIS. Beers stood silent!

The reason why Dar al-Hijrah and these Muslim Brotherhood front groups must denounce ISIS is not because ISIS doesn’t represent Islam but because ISIS is unmasking the brand of Islam stealth jihadists seek to implement. The stealth jihadists and infiltrators desperately need the cover that the Obama administration is attempting to provide in the form of Beers tacitly agreeing with Bedier that the U.S. is responsible for ISIS (on one level they are but not in the way Bedier was trying to communicate).

Same Group did Same Thing with #BringBackOurGirls / Boko Haram
This isn’t the first time this cast of characters took to a podium at the National Press Club to distance Islam from Islamic terrorists. The same exact thing happened in May of this year.

On May 2nd, House Speaker announced the formation of the House Select Committee on Benghazi. On May 4th, Hillary Clinton changed the discussion with a tweet about Nigerian schoolgirls and the #BringBackOurGirls campaign. On May 7th, Michelle Obama tweeted out that now infamous photo of her holding this sign (Here is a link to a more comprehensive timeline compiled by Shoebat.com.):

Michelle Obama: Interesting place in the timeline.

Michelle Obama: Interesting place in the timeline.

Then, on May 8th – after the issue of Boko Haram had penetrated the American consciousness – Dar al-Hijrah’s Johari Abdul Malik, ISNA’s Mohamed Magid, Muslim American Society’s (MAS) Mahdi Bray, and – you guessed it – Ahmed Bedier – were all at the National Press Club to tell us how Boko Haram is not Islamic:

Do you see how it all works? Hillary needed a distraction to take media attention away from Benghazi. Boko Haram kidnapping hundreds of Nigerian Schoolgirls would do it. A consequence, however, would be that Muslim Brotherhood front groups would have to do with Boko Haram then exactly what they’re doing with ISIS now – put daylight between them and Islamic terrorists.

We even saw Bob Beckel on May 2nd (the day the committee was announced) invoke the issue of the Nigerian schoolgirls when it wasn’t on anyone’s radar:

Dar al-Hijrah
Speaking of the Clintons, their ties to Johari Abdul Malik’s Dar al-Hijrah are indeed extensive. As Shoebat.com has reported on extensively, the former head cheese of the Mosque Bassam Estwani made several trips to the White House during the Clinton administrations, beginning in 1995.

Here are just a few of the red flags surrounding Dar al-Hijrah…

1.) Was visited by no fewer than two of the 9/11 hijackers.
2.) Was visited by Fort Hood Jihadist Nidal Malik Hasan.
3.) Hired Hasan’s mentor Anwar al-Awlaki as an Imam.
4.) Hosted and showcased Muslim Brotherhood Spiritual Leader Yusuf al-Qaradawi, who has since been banned from the U.S.
5.) Hired Mohammed al-Hanooti in 1995. Al-Hanooti was an unindicted co-conspirator in the 1993 World Trade Center bombing.
6.) Board Member Esam Omeish expressed support for Hamas and once shouted in a 2000 speech near the White House that “Jihad is the way” for Palestinians.
7.) Hosted and showcased Siraj Wahhaj, unindicted co-conspirator in the 1993 WTC bombing.
8.) Was recently honored by the Virginia State House.

So why aren’t members of Congress, political pundits, or media outlets pointing any of this out? The reasons are many but one BIG REASON is that both parties are dirtied up when it comes to past relationships with this mosque’s leadership as Shoebat.com has more than demonstrated sufficiently.
