The prediction that Turkey will invade Egypt has been put forth at Shoebat.com for quite some time now. With news that ISIS is taking root in Egypt, that invasion may have already begun. It’s fascinating to watch the pseudo-intellectual western media outlets, those paragons of smart, suddenly discover what has been obvious to many laypersons for quite some time now.
Check out this ‘cutting edge’ report from yesterday. Again, not mentioned is Turkey but some reporters need to take baby steps:
A fundamental fact that western media and the Obama administration is not telling you is that Turkey and ISIS are working together; ISIS is an agent of Turkey. The evidence is overwhelming and has been chronicled at Shoebat.com. At one point, Turkey was bombing the Kurds instead of ISIS.
As Shoebat.com relayed, even Reuters reported ISIS has been training Ansar Beit al-Maqdis (ABM) in Egypt’s Sinai for a while now. Again, what the media isn’t reporting is Turkey’s role in all this.
Ask yourselves whom this development most benefits:

ISIS has a new residency in Egypt, according to a YouTube message posted Sunday.
In the audio message, the Sinai-based militant group Ansar Beit al-Maqdis, or ABM, allegedly announces its allegiance to ISIS, which calls itself the Islamic State.
The roughly 10-minute clip blames tyrants and their “Jewish agents and their allies” for decades of Muslim suffering. The message also calls ISIS “the emergence of a new dawn.”
If verified, this would be a new, dangerous chapter for the deadliest group in Egypt. Since 2012, ABM’s attacks have grown more daring and sophisticated. The group has killed hundreds of Egyptian police officers and soldiers. The largest attack was last month in the Sinai Peninsula, killing at least 31 soldiers. Analysts put the group’s numbers at from the hundreds to roughly a thousand.
While ABM’s attacks, until now, have almost exclusively targeted the Egyptian government, there is growing fear that an association with ISIS could expand the threat to civilian and tourist sites.
Egyptian security forces have been aggressively battling ABM since the overthrow of President Mohamed Morsy in 2013.
In the wake of the terror attack referenced above that resulted in the deaths of dozens of Egyptian soldiers, Egypt’s President Gen. Abdel Fatah el-Sisi insisted that the operation was “foreign-funded”, as relayed by Shoebat.com. Turkey has motive and is already in league with ISIS, which is now aligning with and training ABM.
So, ISIS – an agent of Turkey – is aligning with Ansar Beit al-Maqdis in Egypt. If there is one country most devastated by the removal of Mohammed Mursi as President of Egypt, it was Turkey. It brought then Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan to tears. The occasion was a poem written to Muslim Brotherhood leader Mohammed El-Beltagy by his daughter, who had been killed during the Cairo protests that followed Mursi’s removal.
The rejection of the Muslim Brotherhood by Egypt was a tremendous setback for Erdogan and possibly contributed more to his tears than the death of El-Beltagy’s daughter:
Turkey will not rest as long as Gen. Abdel Fatah el-Sisi is in control in Egypt, which is further demonstrated by the rise of ISIS there.
As for Libya, Turkey’s invasion of that country is something that Shoebat.com has reported on as well. As is the case with ISIS in Egypt, the rise of the group in Libya is being reported but its Turkish sponsor is not:
Libyan fighters who pledged allegiance to the Islamic State group are gaining supporters and resources and are consolidating power in the eastern city of Derna, close to the Egyptian border, turning it into the first city outside of Iraq and Syria to have a recognized ISIS presence.

Last month, as Shoebat.com reported, senior Obama foreign policy adivsor Zbigniew Brzezinski insisted that there are principally four nations – with Turkey in the lead role – the U.S. needs to rely on to deal with ISIS. The other three were Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Iran (note, he omitted Syria’s Bashar al-Assad).
When it comes to Egypt, the Obama administration did all it could to keep the Muslim Brotherhood in power and has essentially driven el-Sisi into the arms of Russia. Obama has thrown in with the Brotherhood, Turkey and shockingly by extension – ISIS. Brzezinski must know that Turkey is in league with ISIS, not opposed to it. Relying on Egypt to help in the fight with ISIS necessarily requires siding with Egypt against Turkey, which the Obama administration has shown no signs of doing. After all, Turkey is a precious NATO ally; Egypt is not.
The Egyptian people seem quite ready to fight ISIS. Take note of the outrage from these Egyptians after the ABM / ISIS terror attack last month. Also, note at the 1:29 mark the woman’s reference to none other than Mohamed Beltagy as being a major player. Yes, that would be the same Beltagy family over whom Erdogan cried:
When it comes to Libya, just see John McCain and how he said those fighters were his “heroes”. All the U.S. has to show for its policy in Libya is the Benghazi attacks in which four Americans were murdered, the loss of its Embassy which was abandoned earlier this year, and now ISIS planting its flag there.
Again, who does this help? Turkey – the same Turkey Brzezinski insists is the most important country in the fight against ISIS.
Another country Brzezinski identified as key in dealing with ISIS was Saudi Arabia, which he conceded was a “complicated” situation.
The fourth country is Iran. As Shoebat.com has reported, the Obama administration is actually facilitating the working relationship between Turkey and Iran.
That fits rather nicely in Brzezinski’s flawed ideas of engaging Iran and Turkey in the fight against ISIS.
Based on the demonstrable premise that Turkey and ISIS are in league with one another, have a look at what close Obama advisor Brzezinski said just last month:
“…it seems to me the last thing we want at this stage is to make the conflict with ISIS an American conflict against increasingly fanatical Islam. I notice today even in the paper, references to jihadists and so forth. We ought to lay off that kind of language. We’re dealing with criminals who are themselves threatening the world of Islam and therefore our allies are Islamic states.” – Zbigniew Brzezinski, October 10, 2014
