Turkey Has Been Flying Under the Radar but World Events are FORCING its Muslim Leaders to REVEAL THEIR TRUE SELVES

It can be said that the best way to defeat evil is to get evil to reveal itself. As world events continue to unfold, Turkey is moving closer to having to reveal its true intentions.

The Syrian town of Kobane, which sits along the border with Turkey, is back in the news again as it has been taken back from ISIS by the Kurds. Last year, Kobane had been attacked by ISIS and the vision of Turkish tanks sitting idly by on Turkey’s side of the border as savages slaughtered civilians will be etched in the pages of history. At one point, Turkey chose to bomb the Kurds while doing nothing about ISIS, as Shoebat.com reported.

Despite all this, it’s being reported that the Kurds have actually taken Kobane back from ISIS:

Kurdish fighters have expelled Islamic State group terrorists from inside the Syrian border town of Kobane, a monitor said Monday, dealing a key symbolic blow to the jihadists’ ambitions.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, a Britain-based monitor, said fighters from the Kurdish People’s Protection Units (YPG) had finally pushed ISIS terrorists out of the town after four months of fighting.

In Iraq meanwhile, a senior army officer announced that Iraqi forces had also “liberated” Diyala province from ISIS.

Observatory director Rami Abdel Rahman told AFP that YPG forces had “expelled all Islamic State fighters from Kobane and have full control of the town.”

While all of this sounds like good news, it’s likely to be a short-lived victory. If Turkey had its way, ISIS would help remove Bashar al-Assad from power with the Muslim Brotherhood-backed rebels filling the vacuum. As such, the new Muslim Brotherhood government in Damascus would become a staunch ally of Turkey. ISIS would then have a new mission – to take Jordan along its march toward the Arabian peninsula and Egypt.

When Erdogan welcomed Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas to the Presidential Palace earlier this month, the two men were photographed with soldiers dressed in historic Ottoman garb. This was not simply a photo op for nostalgic purposes. Erdogan isn’t just proud of Turkey’s Ottoman history, which would explain why he continues to refuse to condemn the Armenian genocide; he wants the return of the Ottoman empire.

Fortunately for the civilized world, Turkey is not having its way in Syria generally and now in Kobane specifically. The good news is that as a result of these blows to Turkey, the government of that country’s President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu will have to ultimately not be able to hide behind proxies and lies, revealing its real intentions – the resurrection of the Ottoman Empire and Caliphate.

While the U.S. Congress and the Obama administration must know the truth about Turkey, they all continue to regard that country as a NATO ‘ally’, despite the recent news that the leaders of Hamas – a Foreign Terrorist Organization (FTO) – have been given safe harbor in Turkey, to include Hamas head cheese Khaled Meshaal, as Shoebat.com has reported.

The Kurds did seem to benefit from U.S.-led coalition efforts:

The advance by Kurdish fighters came after 24 hours of heavy bombing by the US-led coalition fighting ISIS in Syria and Iraq.

In a statement, the Pentagon said the coalition had carried out 17 air strikes against ISIS positions in Kobane in the 24 hours from January 25 alone.

The targets included “tactical units” and “fighting positions” as well as an ISIS vehicle and staging areas, the statement said.

The loss of Kobane, also known as Ain al-Arab, would be a key symbolic blow against ISIS, which has lost more than 1,000 fighters since it began its advance on the town on September 16.

When it comes to coalition forces dealing with ISIS, NATO countries and Arab Gulf states have all participated with varying degrees. The Gulf States currently have much at stake. Jordan was reported to have brought key intelligence assets to the table; Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) assisted with airstrikes.

Turkey, however committed little more than lip service to the effort. In fact, at one point, all that could be said was that Turkey would allow air strikes from other nations in the coalition. It smacked of having a hand in the effort while wishing something else with the other hand. As Shoebat.com has reported, Turkey has not only harbored Hamas and Muslim Brotherhood leaders who fled Egypt; it has also allowed ISIS to operate within its own borders, to include the terrorist group having 700 Bureaus throughout that country.

As this post is being published, Erdogan has already announced that he cannot and will not accept any form of a Kurdistan in northern Sryia. That’s because he wants it for Turkey but that pesky al-Assad just won’t go away. Erdogan was willing to let his tanks sit idle for weeks on end as ISIS slaughtered Kurds. Before the Kurds in Kobane have even had a chance to exhale, Erdogan is already undercutting them.

This fence-riding by Turkey will soon prove useless, even counter-productive because it will no longer be able to hide its agenda.

At that point, that country will stop pretending and will show its true face.

U.S. Vice President Joe Biden of all people, actually attempted to shine shed some light on what Turkey was really up to but apologized after Erdogan quickly caught wind of what Biden said during this Harvard speech, as Shoebat.com reported (cued up):
