Will Republican Congressman From Texas Who Stood with Registered SOCIALIST on Immigration Also Stand with Texas State Rep. Who Spoke Out Against Muslim Brotherhood?

Freshman Texas State Rep. Molly White (R-Temple 55) came under tremendous fire recently for rightly pointing out that the group which sponsored Texas Muslim Capitol Day in Austin – CAIR – has connections to terrorism. If there is a U.S. Congressman who should stand with her, it’s veteran Rep. John Carter (R-TX). White’s district sits inside Carter’s.

Aside from that, Carter is the CHAIRMAN of the Homeland Security Subcommittee. On his website, the jurisdiction of his committee is listed. It includes U.S. Customs and Border Enforcement as well as Immigration. Carter also sits on the Defense Subcommittee. Areas of jurisdiction there include Intelligence Community issues.

Let’s see… CAIR is connected to a group that should be identified as a terrorist organization – the Muslim Brotherhood. This country also has a serious immigration problem. Part of that problem includes Islamic immigration. It was recently reported that the U.S. is going to take in THOUSANDS of Syrian refugees, many of whom could be loyal to the exact Muslim Brotherhood to which CAIR is linked. The problem is that we just don’t know.

Nearly two years ago, Rep. John Carter (R-TX) inexplicably joined forces with Rep. Luis Gutierrez (D-IL) to negotiate a deal on amnesty for illegal aliens with the hope of putting a bill on Obama’s desk. As has been reported previously, Gutierrez is a registered member of the Democratic Socialists (Communists) of America (DSA) caucus.

Here is a video from April of 2013 that features both Gutierrez and Carter. Note just how chummy Rep. Carter was with this socialist:

At a town hall on August 20, 2013, Carter explained that he and Gutierrez had locked themselves in a room for four years, weekly and in secret, to hammer out a deal they hoped Barack Obama would one day sign.

White needs her political colleagues to stand with her, not to stand down, let alone denounce her. Even the Republican Party Chairman for the county home to White’s district appeared to just want the problem to go away instead of dealing with it and acknowledging White is right:

When asked about White’s Facebook post, Bell County Republican Party Chairwoman Nancy Boston said, “I’ve been watching this with interest. I hope it’s resolved soon so the Legislature can get on with the important job of governing our state.”

Resolved? Just how is this existential threat of Muslim Brotherhood-inspired terrorism and political jihad going to get resolved by wishing it away? An email has been sent to Carter’s office seeking comment. We will post a response if we receive one.

After White was smeared by the media and even the Speaker of the Texas House, she continued to stand tall, doing a short video no patriot should disagree with and no Congressman should ignore:
