Muslim Man Beats, Stabs, And Leaves Random Hispanic Teenager To Die, When Arrested He Tells Police ‘I Did It Because I Wanted To Kill White People’

Ahmed Awil Abdi-Dehar was arrested in Washington State after a horrible and random attack on seventeen-year-old Mel Santiago in which he beat the teen up, stabbed him and left him to die. Abdi-Dehar told police he did the attack because he ‘wanted to kill white people’ according to a report:

Police said a 32-year-old man accused of stabbing a 17-year-old boy in South Seattle last month “wanted to kill white people” and “wanted to shoot police officers,” according to court documents.

Prosecutors charged Ahmed Awil Adbi-Dahar with first-degree assault last week, claiming he attacked a complete stranger walking home from the bus in the Dunlap neighborhood of Rainier Valley.

Seattle police were called about 12:12 p.m. Dec. 27 to Renton Avenue South and South Henderson Street on reports of a stabbing. There, officers found the teen lying in a pool of blood at the crosswalk near South Henderson Street and Yukon Avenue South, where two witnesses were rendering aid, reports said.

The teen suffered a stab wound on the left side of his neck, according to documents.

Using suspect descriptions from witnesses, police detained two men within blocks of the scene. A witness said that a man detained at South Cloverdale Street and 47th Avenue South, later identified as Abdi-Dahar, was the assailant.

After his arrest, Abdi-Dahar allegedly told cops several times that he tried to kill the alleged victim. He also led an officer to the spot where he buried his knife at 46th Avenue South and South Henderson Street, according to court records.

The victim spoke to police at Harborview Medical Center. He claimed he had just gotten off a bus and was talking on a sidewalk when a man kicked him, then stabbed him. He reportedly collapsed on the ground, where Abdi-Dahar kicked him several more times, including in the head.

The teen suffered a large head injury in addition to the stab wound, according to Seattle police.

Abdi-Dahar remains jailed on $350,000 bail. (source, source)
